We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but if, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with a purchase we invite you to view our Refund policy.
Our policy last 3 days. You have 3 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds, but if we have an issue on our behalf, we do offer you store credit. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused, unworn, in it’s original tags, packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is also required.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchangedReturned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packagingReturned items must have no signs of wear or use
To initiate an exchange, please complete the following steps:
Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to returnSend all items back to us using the address provided. (You will be responsible for all shipping costs.) Once we receive the item, we will inspect the item and notify you with our decision of eligibility. If approved, we will offer you a store credit.
